Vegetables Stew Corned Beef Crock Pot

ingredients that are required for this recipe :
Corned beef brisket - 2 to 3lbs
Potatoes - 2 medium (cubed)
Carrots - 4 (peeled and cubed)
Soup stock or water - 1 to 2 cups
Salt and pepper (add to taste)
Garlic - 3 cloves (crushed)

Recipe:
Add all the ingredients in to the slow cooker (crock pot). Cook for 4 to 5 hours on high, or 7 to 8 hours on low.

Great for a cold winter day!
